          • Rakuten’s merger project with Tokyo Broadcasting System Inc.
          • Provisional injunction of WebCrew’s new issuance by Transcosmos
          • Preparation of Oji Paper Co.’s takeover project of Hokuetsu Paper Mills Ltd.

          Prior to joining Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, work experience was gained at Asahi Law Offices (currently known as “Nishimura & Asahi”), assisting their numerous non-performing loan related projects, bankruptcy practice including bankruptcy procedures of Sanyo Real Estate, and other bankruptcy related and corporate revival projects.
